You come here for the view at night and the ambience. The food is okay. The service is okay. They're friendly but it takes a while for orders to come out. This is my second time coming and that's pretty much how it happens.
They have a lot of different types of cocktails listed by category (refreshing, fruity, etc.) They have a variety of spirits but no Tito's.
The menu has a few options but not much for vegetarians/vegans or low carbers. As a keto follower, I ended up ordering the fried chicken salad. (Ask for no croutons.) My vegetarian friend ordered the Mediterranean plate.
Again, come for the view when the sun is setting. -

Quick review:
Decor - odd. Some aviation stuff but then some plant wallpaper and colors that don't fit. A straight industrial/hangar look would have been better.
Rooftop - worth going to when the weather is nice and cool. Furniture is a mix of lounge chairs, bar style seating, and cafeteria tables.
Drink: Whiskey sour. Looks proper but TERRIBLE sour mix if they even made it. Tasted like Minute Maid lemonade straight from the bar soda gun. Also lacked any alcohol. $12 rip off.
I can't speak for the food but it's at least a decent hangout on the rooftop. Stick to beers unless they do happen to make your favorite cocktail properly. -

Came a 2nd time in the evening.
Had the Mai Tai and fish burger and fries. They light the Mai Tai on fire which was different.
Smaller place. Somewhat crowded and louder noise level.
Perfect night out weather wise. Last few weekends of summer :) -

I've been a few times and mostly agree with those who talk about service being "eh" and some other underwhelming comments. But, having just tried my first happy hour there, I have to come here to review.
The happy hour drink prices are laughable. Wine on tap is $10, vs. the $12 regular price. OK. I guess. I mean, I've never seen wine on tap for $10 during happy hour, but okay. Except. The pour! They pour about 60% less wine in there.
I thought it was just a crappy pour until 6 pm's wine came out, and it was a huge pour. One of us said "oh, wow, that's a nice pour" and the waiter remarked, "it's because Happy Hour is over." It wasn't until I saw the bill that I realized for $2 less, they give you the baby sippy cup version.
Mike, our waiter was good. Attentive, on it, good enough service, etc. But most servers would give customers a heads up... "don't order the happy hour wine..."
Poor form, Aviation. Poor form. -

Gotta say this is a pretty cool place in Livermore dates or drinks with friends. Great service and shout out to Lauren at th outside patio for great service. Drinks are pricy but really liked the view....
